You can be billed by almost any insurance company that accepts out of network benefits. With so many different insurance plans, it can be hard to know what your benefits are. At no additional cost, we will explain what your benefits are and if you have any deductible or out of pocket costs that need to be paid.
Unfortunately, we don’t accept Medicaid and Medicare benefits. We would be more than happy to recommend another facility.
Many patients choose to pay for our program through a credit card or obtain financing to pay for our treatment. Even if a particular client has insurance coverage that we can bill for, they may still choose to pay privately for our program. If the program cost has been paid for, treatment delivered to your client will not be interrupted, even if there is an issue with insurance billing. We can then bill for the services delivered on a reimbursement basis. Contact our Admissions Department for current program cost information.
Get in touch with us online or by phone to talk about your or your loved ones current situation. We will work with you and your loved one to decide what level of care is best for you and your family. We will guide you through the process of intervention, detox, treatment, and aftercare. We will evaluate:
Our Admissions Team will walk you through the process of completing an initial intake. The initial intake includes a series of tests that include a bio, psych, and social assessment. The intake team will evaluate your home environment to determine the level of care you need. We evaluate if your home environment can support our treatment. If you are unable to practice our treatments or mindfulness practices in your home, or if you are under high stress in your home, we can suggest an area-structured sober living house for you.
Provide options and support. Calusa will work with your family to ensure that you get the right treatment, whether that’s at our center or elsewhere.
